HOW DO I PREPARE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
It is recommended for no facial waxing to be performed a week prior to your appointment. This can affect the makeup application.

It is always great to pamper yourself with a light cleanse/exfoliate the night before your appointment, and moisturise for the best healthy and fresh smooth canvas.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive with no makeup on and no lotions, as this can interfere with the makeup application. This includes sunscreen as it can cause flash back in photography. Please also ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT, HOW CAN I LET YOU KNOW?
If for any reason you cannot attend your makeup appointment, please advise me at your earliest convenience by email or text/call to cancel your booking.

Please keep in mind your 50% deposit of $40 is non-refundable.
*Deposits are not transferrable to future bookings if cancelling an appointment*
IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY SKIN, DO I NEED TO LET YOU KNOW?
Yes, please notify me prior to your appointment of any allergies or skin conditions.
Please note that no makeup services will be performed under any circumstances if the client has any contagious sicknesses, infections or skin conditions. These include conjunctivitis, cold sore, rashes, warts etc.
DO YOU TRAVEL TO CUSTOMERS?
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR YOU TO SECURE MY APPOINTMENT IN?
Yes please. A 50% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer or through website is required to secure each appointment.
The remaining amount can be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
I exclusively travel for bridal parties or bookings for 4 or more people.

Travel fees do occur based on the distance. Additional parking charges may apply depending on location.
